I was trolling Ebay (another bad habit), and I bought a book to feed my ongoing cake obsession. Colette's Birthday Cakes is the name of my book, and it is awesome! Colette Peters is a pretty big name in the cake world and she's earned it.
I cannot wait to dig in and try some of the techniques in here!
